Welcome to Horseshoebend Community Group Inc.

We are a grassroots community garden group based at Horseshoe Bend Reserve, Keilor on the land of the Wurundjeri people.

Run by local volunteers, our aim is to create an accessible space of tranquility, education and recreation for our local community. 

The existing fruit orchard, and our recently established raised veggie beds are tended to by our volunteers.

In the spirit of reconciliation the Horseshoe Bend Community Group Inc.,  acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations - as the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
